Michelle Renee Steinberg, 26, formerly of Ripon and Oshkosh, died Sept. 11, 1996 at her home in Mesa, Ariz.
She was born Sept. 2, 1970, in Oshkosh, a daughter to Michael Lee and Rebecca Ann Durkee Steinberg. She graduated from school in Oshkosh and moved to Colorado. For the past 21 months Michelle has lived in Mesa where she was a nursery school teacher.
She is survived by her infant daughter, Kyra; her mother, Rebecca Staub, Oshkosh; brother, Michael Steinberg Jr., Oshkosh; paternal grandparents, Bill and Bernice Miller, Ripon; maternal grandparents, Clifford Durkee of Green Bay and Shirley Durkee of Oshkosh; aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Steinberg, and her grandfather, Paul Steinberg.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, Sept. 26, 1996, at 7 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon, with the Rev. Eric Burnard officiating. Burial was in Mesa City Cemetery, Mesa, Ariz.
Memorial contributions can be made for Michelle's daughter, Kyra.
